Ballwin - Ann Wagner today issued the following statement in response to the news that the U.S. economy added zero jobs in the month of August with unemployment languishing at 9.1 percent:
"Zero leadership from Washington has equaled zero jobs. President Obama and liberals in Congress don't understand how the private sector works. When you enact job-killing policies, raise taxes, create economic uncertainty and throw money away on a failed stimulus, you get high unemployment and no jobs. America has the best workers, job creators and innovators anywhere in the world. They will get our economy growing again, but only after Washington gets out of their way.” |
